Cancellation Policy
Because we work by appointment only and turn other people away to hold your reservation, we have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy for rescheduling and cancellations.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Our policy is that any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 48 hours will result in a $100 cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours, full payment is expected.
For this reason, please do not book your appointment during your workday hours if there is a chance that work meetings or other commitments may arise without notice.
To reschedule or cancel your appointment please use the link in the appointment reminder email or send an email to Mary at admin@pacifictouchnyc.com. Keep in mind, when you cancel through the link you will not receive a confirmation email.
Practice Better will also send you a reminder email to reconfirm a few days before your scheduled appointment.
By signing the Cancellation Policy, you have read, understand and agree with our policies, and that your card is subject to charge if you do not comply with our Cancellation Policy.
