After trying and failing to clear her skin for years, Mary found Nichola at Pacific Touch in 2019 when she first moved to New York City to pursue her dreams in modeling. Nichola quickly became a guardian angel and a beacon of hope for Mary’s journey to clear her skin holistically.

Fast forward to 2022 during a routine Signature Acne Treatment, Mary shared with Nichola her interest in finding a startup opportunity to gain experience in building a brand. One thing led to another, and Mary took over the operations side of business and quickly became known as ‘Mary Queen of Ops”!

What started as boxing up orders and attending to the client experience, Mary’s role has evolved into many areas since she joined the team. She has seen the Pacific Touch brand expand in the most exciting way, and is so proud to be a part of Nichola’s growth.

Bella came to esthetics after spending years covering acne as a professional makeup artist, always hoping to achieve the same look: healthy skin. She attended Makeup Designory, where she first learned of the ingredients in cosmetics and how they can enhance the skin and became fascinated.

Her experience with makeup, as well as her own journey with inflammatory skin concerns like acne and eczema, drove her to take her knowledge in all things skin to the next step.

Bella is a licensed esthetician and acne specialist with certifications in advanced dermaplaning and microneedling, as well as specializing in skin of color. She is a nerd for ingredients and always seeks further education to serve her community best.

Kim came to esthetics after a long career in publishing, advertising, and fashion.

Years of harsh acne topicals left her with seriously sensitized skin until she learned to heal and strengthen her barrier with the principles of corneotherapy.

She is passionate about educating clients on how to heal their skin for the long haul.

Kim holds advanced certifications in Dr. Vodder’s Manual Lymph Drainage for Face and Neck, Facial Cupping Rejuvenation. Nefeli Gua Sha Face and Neck Rejuvenation and Connective Tissue Massage.

After three years as an esthetician, I’ve come to understand that skincare is more than just the products we apply. It’s a holistic journey that considers our lifestyle choices and the impact of our environment. After graduating with honors from esthetics school, I’ve mastered techniques of laser hair removal, as well as microdermabrasion, and lymphatic drainage. My holistic approach extends to aromatherapy, and I’m also a certified reiki practitioner. 

My mission is to uplift my clients, ensuring they feel their absolute best throughout their skincare journey. I’ve embarked on my own path toward a healthier lifestyle, recently returning to a more natural way of living. I’m honored to be with my clients every step of the way on their transformative journeys.
