REFUND POLICY

We carry a carefully curated collection of professional skincare products that have been formulated especially for acne prone skin.

Because acne is a very complex condition if you are not an active client of Pacific Touch NYC we strongly recommend you have a virtual consultation to ensure that you are purchasing the right products for your skin type/conditions and goals.

All unused and unopened products are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date. 

Do not send back products until you have contacted Shop@PacificTouchNYC.com to arrange the return (please note: Pacific Touch NYC unable to cover postage costs associated with returns associated with a change of mind or incorrect purchase)

FINAL SALE

Once products have been opened all sales are final except in the case of:

ALLERGIC REACTION

Whilst allergic reactions are extremely rare, they are taken very seriously at Pacific Touch NYC.

If you believe you are having an allergic reaction to a product you have purchased at Pacific Touch NYC please stop using the product you are reacting to and seek medical attention. 

Email shop@pacifictouchnyc.com to report the reaction you are having (important: we cannot refund an allergy return without photos of the reaction and products must be at least 90% full to receive a full refund)

It’s worth mentioning that many Pacific Touch NYC clients who come to us after years of using acne prescription topicals or medications that dry out their skin have very compromised barriers and their skin can definitely have an adjustment period that is mistaken for a reaction when they start their new routines – if you are having an unexpected reaction please reach out for guidance at shop@pacifictouchnyc.com 

Important: Acne can take at least 6 months to truly clear and in the first phase of healing if you have been using pore-clogging ingredients, have underlying congestion, or have used products that suppress acne symptoms you will purge.  These breakouts are expected and are not considered a reaction.  If you experience purging when you first start on a new routine and need guidance please email shop@pacifictouchnyc.com 

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive products that are damaged, not what you ordered or there is a product missing from your order we will issue a full refund or replacement free of charge. 

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your products for a refund or replacement (photos are required of the damaged goods and the incorrect item) 

Please Note: We cannot be held responsible for packages that go missing after confirmed delivery.
